COURSE REQUIREMENTS

HLTINF005 Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration Treatments. HLTINF005 unit of competency describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to maintain infection control during skin penetration procedures and to review clinic compliance with the applicable state or territory requirements.
 
The unit is designed to provide you with the ability to identify, manage and control infection risks to clients, self and work colleagues. The unit applies to individuals who make independent treatment decisions. Our Acadamy has partnered with THINK Aesthethics to provide our students with a discount for their Infection Control course. Students will receive a discount of $25 off the HLTINF005 course. A discount code will be sent to you after we have received your class deposit. Without your HLTINF005 you will not be able to obtain a skin penetration license which is a requirement in this industry.
